Pre-release Terms of Use
These terms apply to Awenwood’s pre-release services and may be updated before public launch.
Launch draft. These terms may change before public availability. The French version is available first and the English version is provided at the same time; choose the language in which you wish to contract. Mandatory Québec and Canadian consumer rights continue to apply.
Service description and adult responsibility
Awenwood is a family experience built around Quests, Sparks, Wishes, and Village Growth. A responsible adult manages the account, Huddle, participation authorizations, and devices.
Accounts, security, and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in methods, and report unauthorized access. Do not use Awenwood to harass, deceive, bypass access controls, or harm others.
Intellectual property and family content
Awenwood, its world, artwork, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You remain responsible for names, Quests, Wishes, and messages your family creates and grant only the rights needed to operate, store, and synchronize the service.
Future purchases and subscriptions
Awenwood currently provides a Free plan; purchases are not available. Planned future options are Premium monthly, Premium annual, and a one-time Founding Family lifetime entitlement. Before billing launches, the current price, term, automatic-renewal details, cancellation method, and any material limits will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions will renew only after a Google Play purchase and may be cancelled through Google Play. After the paid period ends, Free limits apply: extra family members are inactive, extra custom Quests are paused, and custom Routine Adventures are paused and read-only. Family data is preserved. Privacy, security, access, correction, export, revocation, and deletion controls remain available. A lifetime entitlement remains subject to these Terms and service availability; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever.
Availability and changes
Awenwood may evolve, be temporarily unavailable, or change to address security. Pre-launch features and pricing remain planned rather than guaranteed.
Reasonable warranty and liability limits
Awenwood is provided with reasonable care for a family service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Flying Monkey Workshop is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using Awenwood and request verified deletion. We may restrict access that threatens security or materially violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada, without reducing mandatory protections available where you live.
